The practice was founded by Jonathan Brown after his work as lead counselor at the Baltimore City Small Business Development Center, an SBA-sponsored program serving pre-venture and existing businesses, where he also managed the pilot of the SBA Minority Prequalification program, expanding access to capital for women- and minority-owned businesses.
